In this webinar, Heather Kinzie, Chief Operating Officer of The STRIVE Group, presented key findings from survey conducted by the Center for Digital Government on hybrid work in government agencies, and moderated an engaging discussion with three expert panel members from around the country. The discussion revolved around how hybrid work is impacting communication, collaboration and engagement with government employees and their customers.
