Strategic Parternship Program – Technology Industry

Partnered with the CEO to design and launch a comprehensive strategic partnership program for The Chariot Group, an audiovisual distribution company. The goal was to onboard vendor partners onto a new e-commerce procurement platform, increase product visibility to consumers in healthcare, government, and education sectors, and create multi-channel marketing opportunities.

Key Contributions:

  • Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management: Built relationships with vendor partners and guided them through the onboarding process onto the e-commerce site, ensuring accurate product representation (images, pricing, and descriptions)
  • Co-Branded Marketing Campaigns: Collaborated with vendor marketing teams to create co-branded assets for social media, newsletters, the company magazine (STRIVE Magazine), website, and webinar sponsorships
  • Advertising Program Management: Developed a “pay-to-play” advertising program with packages spanning multiple channels; coordinated promotions, discounts, and sponsored content to drive engagement
  • Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Created quarterly business review (QBR) presentations for marketing and leadership teams, tracking campaign performance, web traffic, ad engagement, and social metrics using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Journey Builder, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
  • Strategic Execution: Leveraged insights from analytics to optimize campaigns, pivot strategies, and strengthen vendor trust

  • Successfully onboarded multiple vendors onto the e-commerce platform

Strategic Partnership Program – Healthcare Industry

Developed and managed a strategic partnership program connecting doctors, researchers, and hormone health experts with ZRT to create educational content, including blogs and a year-long webinar series. The program aimed to build credibility, expand audience engagement, and provide trusted resources for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Contributions:

  • Content Strategy & Calendar: Created a year-long content calendar to coordinate blog and webinar releases
  • Blog Development: Used SEMrush to generate creative briefs, optimize for trending topics, and improve readability for broader audiences
  • Multi-Channel Distribution: Shared content across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, newsletter, and facilitator platforms with unique UTM codes to track engagement
  • Paid Social & A/B Testing: Managed targeted social campaigns with A/B testing to maximize reach and conversion
  • Webinar Program: Coordinated a year-long webinar series with partner experts, promoting through in-person events, newsletters, email campaigns, paid and organic social, and partner channels with UTM tracking
  • Analytics & Optimization: Used engagement and attendance data to refine content, improve messaging, and enhance audience experience
